Begin an assessment in your patient account and tell us about your concern. A doctor will review your answers and contact you if they have questions or need more information.

Before you submit

Make sure your contact details and answers are current. You will be asked to read and confirm the privacy and consent information before submitting.

After you submit

Check your account for the status of your assessment. If the reviewing doctor needs more information, they will contact you. Submitting an assessment does not mean that treatment has been approved.

When an appointment is needed

Some concerns require a conversation, an in-person examination or a referral. The doctor will decide the appropriate next step.

Identity and location

These assessments are for adults in Ontario. Your identity and current location must be confirmed before virtual care is provided.

Urgent concerns

RefyllRx is not an emergency service. Do not wait for an assessment response if you need urgent medical attention.
